Delete your account & data
We respect your right to control your data. Here's how to remove everything.
Step 1 — Delete local data
Most of your data in Plume is stored locally on your device. To delete it:
- 1Open the Plume app on your iPhone
- 2Go to Settings
- 3Scroll down and tap Reset App
- 4Confirm the reset — this will permanently delete all data stored on your device
This action is immediate and irreversible. All cycle logs, feeding data, fever records, sleep sessions, and settings will be permanently removed from your device.
Step 2 — Delete cloud-synced data (if applicable)
If you created or joined a family circle, some data may have been synced to our cloud servers. To delete this data:
- 1Leave all family circles in the app (Settings > Circle)
- 2Send an email to the address below requesting complete data deletion
- 3Include the email address you used to create your Plume account
We will process your cloud data deletion request within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.
Step 3 — Uninstall the app
After resetting the app, you can uninstall Plume from your iPhone by long-pressing the app icon and selecting “Remove App”. This removes all remaining app data from your device.

Note: If you never created an account or joined a family circle, all your data exists only on your device. Resetting the app (Step 1) is all you need to do — there is no cloud data to delete.
